Refund policy and right of withdrawal

Scope

This policy applies to the purchase of the Dayfinite full report. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no later charges and no automatic renewal. It supplements the Terms of service.

Full refund within 14 days, no reason needed

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, even if you have already viewed your report.

This refund is how we honour your statutory right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). We do not ask you to waive it when you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at bonjour.support@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends, and include:

• the email address you entered at checkout;
• the date of purchase and, if you have it, the amount or the Stripe receipt number.

Please do not send your questionnaire answers: we do not need them. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to; any clear statement is enough.

How refunds are made

• We refund the full amount you paid no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
• The refund is made through Stripe to the payment method you used, at no cost to you from us.
• If you paid in a local currency offered by Stripe, we refund the amount paid in that currency; your bank’s or payment provider’s conversion may cause a small difference in your account currency.
• How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If you cannot access your report

If you paid but cannot display your report (for example after clearing your browser data, opening another browser or after the 24-hour limit), contact us at bonjour.support@gmail.com. We will help you and, if the report could not be delivered to you, we will refund you.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence.
